岗位职责:

1. Assisting in the formulation of shopping mall marketing events promotion plan, responsible for the implementation of theme events and community activities, improve the rental income of community shopping malls through brand promotion and marketing events.
2. Responsible for Planning and implementation of various community activities, strengthen the close connection between the company's existing community shopping centers and local residents, aims to transform our local neighborhoods shopping centers into community hubs via creative marketing initiatives and branding campaigns, and expand the company's influence in various regions of Hong Kong;
3. Assisting in formulating the company's brand development plan. Improve brand awareness, expand the company's brand communication channels, improve customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and brand recognition;
4. Responsible for assisting in project management, including finding suitable design and creative marketing agencies for the project, managing the cooperation process, and ensuring that the project can be delivered in a timely and effective manner;
5. Responsible for assisting in budget control and monitoring, implement operating procedures according to the company's internal procurement standards and requirements, monitor relevant budgets, and regularly report relevant expenditures.

任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree or above in business administration, marketing, real estate or related majors;
2. More than 4 years working experience in shopping mall marketing, event management and brand management;
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, good at multitasking;
4. Target oriented, self-motivated, hardworking, proactive, detail-minded, able to work independent and meeting assigned timeline;
5. Good oral and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
